Jet Dental is coming to Suffolk Schools August 29, 30, 31, 2022 for interested Suffolk Schools Employees. It will be housed at Florence Bowser Elementary School.
- Bring Dental Insurance Card to Your Appointment
- There is no cost for basic cleaning/dental exam/x-rays with SPS Anthem High or Low Dental Plans. Appointments are on time and last 1 hour.
- Co-Pay may apply for additional or more detailed dental work and/or insurance plans outside of SPS Anthem Dental High or Low Plans.
- Jet Dental will review any applicable costs before performing treatment, and Jet Dental can offer flexible payment options as needed.
